A+ Home Care is a non-profit home health and personal care provider for independence. We serve the metropolitan area of Minneapolis and Saint Paul, Minnesota. Counties served include: Hennepin, Anoka, Ramsey, Dakota, Washington, Scott, Carver and Blue Earth.
